The Sky is the Limit

I wanted to be a purist. I just wanted to take great shots and not edit my photos. Ignorance is bliss. I didn't realize that my upgraded cell phone was automatically editing and improving my quick snaps. Now I cannot wait for my next class to learn more about how to get the most out of my RAW files. I want authenticity and do not want to modify what I saw, but now I also want to understand lighting and exposure to reflect the beauty in nature that comes through my lens. I have been practicing recently on my sky photos and I felt the cool of this rolling thunderstorm all over again.
